The fluorine-lined magnetic pump is a new type of pump that uses magnetic force to realize non-contact torque transmission, that is, when the motor drives the outer rotor (that is, the outer magnet) assembly rotates, the magnetic force line drives the inner rotor (that is, the internal magnet) assembly and the impeller rotate synchronously through the magnetic field. in order to prolong its service life, we need to use it correctly and maintain it regularly. The following is the use and maintenance of acid and alkali resistance of magnetic pump:

1. Start-up and operation: the safety impact of equipment and equipment operators cleaning up debris everywhere.

Before starting, inject the liquid to be transported into the pump (if the pump is in the suction state), open the inlet valve, close the outlet gate valve, and turn on the power supply. Turn on the power and check whether the pump is running properly. After 3-6 minutes of trial operation, it should be divided into several groups to put into operation, if there is any abnormal phenomenon, it shall not be put into operation.

2. Normal downtime:

The outlet gate valve should be closed before cutting off the power supply.




3. Emergency shutdown:

Stop the motor immediately, and then close the outlet valve and inlet valve.

4. Repair and maintenance:

The pump body, motor and other important parts of the fluorine-lined magnetic pump should be inspected and maintained regularly. If you do not need to pay attention to regular inspection for a long time, you should clean the flow channel in the pump to ensure that there is no residual liquid; and use a dust cover to cut off the power supply and take dustproof measures. Check the outlet and outlet to prevent foreign body from entering the pump. Pay attention to the temperature of the conveying medium to prevent high temperature damage to the sealing ring of the pump body. For magnetic pumps with too high lift, it is recommended to install a check valve on the outlet pipe to avoid damage caused by sudden closure of the pipe valve. When closed, close the first discharge valve, and then cut off the power to the pump. Check whether the power cord is stagnant and loose. It must be rotated in strict accordance with the starting direction of the indicating disc, and counterclockwise rotation and idling are strictly prohibited. Pay attention to the fragile parts and replace them when worn or damaged.
