Requirements for the selection of chemical pump models

Chemical pump selection needs to master and master the criteria for chemical pump selection:

1. Make the form and performance of the selected pump conform to the provisions of the main process parameters such as the total flow rate of the equipment, the pump stroke, the working pressure, the temperature, the total cavitation flow, and the suction power of the instrument.

2. Be sure to meet the requirements of medium characteristics. For pumps that convey flammable, flammable, explosive, hazardous or valuable media, reliable seals or leak-free pumps such as fluoroplastic magnetic pumps, pneumatic diaphragm pumps, and magnetic pumps are required. For pumps transporting corrosive media, it is specified that corrosion-resistant raw materials should be used for the thermal convection components, such as AFB stainless steel plate anti-corrosion pumps and CQF rubber products fluoroplastic magnetic pumps. For pumps conveying media containing solid particles, it is specified that the thermal convection parts should be made of metal composites and that the pump seals should be cleaned with a cleaning solution if necessary.

5. Selection of chemical pumps in common places:

(1) The centrifugal water pump has the characteristics of high speed ratio, small size, light weight, high efficiency, large total flow, simple structure, non-drip pulsating drink, stable performance, easy to operate and easy to maintain.
