PW-F magnetic drive pump
PW-F magnetic pump is composed of pump, magnetic actuator and motor. The key component of the magnetic actuator is composed of an external magnetic rotor, an internal magnetic rotor and an isolation sleeve without magnetic conductivity. When the motor drives the external magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic material, drive the internal magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to rotate synchronously, realize the non-contact transmission of the power, and transform the dynamic seal into the static seal. Because the pump shaft and the inner magnetic rotor are completely closed by the pump body and the isolating sleeve, the problem of "running, rising, dropping and leaking" is solved thoroughly, and the hidden danger of the flammable, explosive, poisonous and harmful medium leakage through the pump seal in the oil refining and chemical industry is eliminated.
