Leveraging mature pressurized barrier‑seal technology, it fundamentally eliminates problems including mortar leakage, seal wear and crystallization blockage. This plan adopts a nitrogen‑pressurized external reservoir. Stabilized by inert‑gas pressure, the barrier‑liquid pressure inside the reservoir remains consistently 0.14‑0.17 MPa higher than the process‑medium pressure in the pump seal chamber, building a positive‑pressure sealing barrier. Equipped with built‑in cooling coils inside the reservoir, it rapidly dissipates heat generated during seal operation, accurately controlling working temperature of the seal chamber. This prevents seal‑element aging, medium vaporization and crystallization caused by high temperature. The complete sealing system is fitted with dual alarm devices for pressure and liquid level, enabling real‑time operating‑condition monitoring.
