Recently, a batch of customized fluorine-lined centrifugal pumps has successfully passed inspection. Fully assembled, they will soon be delivered to the customer’s project site for transporting hydrochloric acid on the production line.

Hydrochloric acid is a highly corrosive medium. Ordinary pump casings are prone to corrosion perforation and medium leakage, imposing stringent requirements on the material selection and structural design of fluid transportation equipment. This batch of centrifugal pumps features a fluoroplastic lining structure, with all wetted parts made of high-quality fluoroplastic. The pumps can withstand long-term erosion by hydrochloric acid and resist medium scouring and permeation. They fundamentally ensure structural stability of the pump body, eliminate potential safety hazards arising from corrosion and leakage, and suit non-stop continuous transportation conditions in the chemical industry.


To accommodate the long-term uninterrupted operation for hydrochloric acid transportation and guarantee stable performance of the mechanical seals, each pump is equipped with an independent cooling liquid storage tank to form a closed cooling circulation system. Circulating cooling water continuously cools the mechanical seals and dissipates heat, promptly removing heat generated by friction. This effectively prevents ageing and failure of sealing components caused by high temperatures, extends the service life of mechanical seals, greatly reduces equipment downtime for maintenance, and improves the operational stability of production lines.

Safety comes first in chemical production.
