The fluoroplastic self-priming pump can automatically lining the centrifugal pump pumped up with water as the self-priming pump without having to fill the pipe with water. Before the start of the self-priming pump, the pump body is now filled with water (or there is water in the pump body itself). After starting, the impeller rotates at a high speed to make the water flow in the middle of the impeller channel toward the vortex shell, at this time the inlet generates a vacuum, the inlet backstop door opens, and the gas in the suction tube enters the pump and reaches the edge through the impeller channel. Fluorine-lined self-priming pump uses urban environmental protection, construction, fire fighting, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, electric power, electroplating, working condition flushing, equipment cooling and so on.

  • 1. Fluorine-lined self-priming pump does not add liquid storage or insufficient liquid storage: fill it up.
  • 2. Air leakage in the suction pipe: clear the air leakage in the pipe and check the method within the allowable suction range. The water has not been pumped up for 4-5 minutes before the fluorine self-priming pump is started. Please gaze with your ears close to the place where the air leakage occurs and listen to the sound of non-inhalation. Or apply white latex to the place where the air leakage occurs in the gaze.Carry out the repair.
  • 3. The voltage is too low: adjust the voltage.
  • 4. The suction distance is too high or the suction pipe is too long: reduce the suction distance or shorten the pipe.
  • 5. Excessive mechanical leakage: maintenance or replacement.
  • 6. The filter inside the pump body or the inlet pipe is blocked by dirt and stones: check and remove the blockage.
  • 7. Impeller damage or wear: dismantling and replacing new impellers.
  • 8. Too many wrong bends are installed at the outlet: too many N-shaped pipes are recommended to install automatic exhaust valves at the highest point.
  • 9. Three-phase motor wiring is reversed: two phases of each other.

  • Correct maintenance of self-priming centrifugal pump.
  • 1. Check whether the pump line and joint of the self-priming centrifugal pipeline are loose or not. Turn the self-priming centrifugal pump by hand to see if the self-priming centrifugal pump is flexible.
  • 2. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the centerline of the oil standard, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.
  • 3. Unscrew the diversion plug of the self-priming centrifugal pump body and pour water (or slurry).
  • 4. Close the box valve of the outlet pipe and the inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pressure gauge.
  • 5. Start the motor to see if the motor steering is correct.
  • 6. If you find that there is an abnormal sound in the self-priming centrifugal pump, you should stop immediately to check the reason.
  • 7. When the self-priming centrifugal pump is to stop using, first close the valve, pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
