Impeller and pump body design:
In general, the impeller of the impeller uses a parallel cover plate, and after the slurry enters the impeller, an external vortex is formed from the center to both sides at the outlet, which seriously wears the front and rear cover plate and lining of the impeller, which is the main reason for the short life of the overflowing parts. The impeller designed by the pump forms a concave shape at the outlet, so that the speed of the front and rear cover plates on both sides of the impeller is greater than the middle speed, and the slurry is divided into two streams of fluid at the outlet and rotates to the center, forcing the particles to flow to the center, resulting in an internal whirlpool, so that the concentration on both sides is reduced, thus reducing the wear of the pump body flow channel and both sides of the wall.

Transmission mode of mortar pump:
The transmission modes of impurity pump are direct coupling (elastic coupling, hydraulic coupler) and indirect transmission (V-belt, reducer). In addition, it can also be adjusted by frequency conversion device and SCR device. Among them, the elastic coupling and V-drive drive are convenient to disassemble.
