Recently, Tenglong Pump Industry's custom-designed PTFE-lined steel-lined magnetic drive pumps for hydrogen peroxide, tailored for a petrochemical company, successfully completed all testing procedures and were officially loaded and shipped. This batch of products will provide strong support for the customer's safe and efficient production in the process of handling strong oxidants.


Hydrogen peroxide, as a typical strong oxidant, is widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, metallurgical and other fields. During the transportation process, it puts forward strict requirements on the material, sealing and safety of the pump. Fluoroplastic lined magnetic pumps have become core equipment due to their leak-free and excellent corrosion resistance. Although steel-lined PTFE magnetic pumps and cast iron-lined PTFE magnetic pumps both belong to the category of PTFE-lined magnetic pumps and both use fluoroplastic linings for their flow parts to resist corrosion, due to the inherent differences in the base materials (steel and cast iron), steel-lined PTFE magnetic pumps have higher structural strength, better corrosion resistance, and better operational stability than cast iron-lined PTFE magnetic pumps. They can adapt to more complex and harsh industrial conditions. In scenarios such as feeding high-pressure reaction systems and conveying strong oxidants (such as hydrogen peroxide) in the petrochemical industry, steel-lined PTFE magnetic pumps can achieve safe conveying due to their excellent pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.

The Tenglong Technology R&D team also conducted special optimizations on the pump body structure and impeller design based on the transportation characteristics of hydrogen peroxide, so that the product can accurately match the customer's production needs in terms of key performance parameters such as flow rate and head, while taking into account both transportation efficiency and operational stability. Furthermore, to ensure absolute product quality, Tenglong Pumps conducted comprehensive performance and sealing tests on this batch of magnetic pumps before shipment. These tests included continuous operation under simulated actual working conditions, pressure testing, and leakage detection. All indicators met or exceeded industry standards. The customer's representatives participated in some key testing stages and highly praised the product's quality and performance.
