1. The key to the installation technology of fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is to determine the installation height (suction distance) of fluoroplastic centrifugal pump, which refers to the vertical distance between the water source surface and the center line of chemical centrifugal pump impeller, which should not be confused with the allowable vacuum suction height. The allowable vacuum suction height indicated on the product manual or nameplate of the chemical centrifugal pump refers to the vacuum value of the inlet section of the chemical centrifugal pump, which is measured by experiments at a standard atmospheric pressure and 20 ℃ water temperature. The flow situation after the suction pipe matching is not considered. Therefore, the installation height of the chemical centrifugal pump should be the residual value after deducting the allowable suction vacuum height from the suction pipe loss pressure head, and the actual terrain suction height should be overcome. The installation height of the chemical centrifugal pump can not exceed the calculated value, otherwise the chemical centrifugal pump will not be able to pump water.

2. Reduce pipe resistance. Therefore, it is recommended to use short pipe layout and install as few accessories as possible, such as elbows. It is also considered to match the water pipe with larger diameter in order to reduce the flow velocity in the pipe.

3. It should be pointed out that when the elevation and water temperature of the chemical centrifugal pump installation site are different from the test conditions, if the local elevation is more than 300 meters or the water temperature of the pumped water is more than 20 degrees Celsius, the calculated value should be revised. That is, the saturated steam pressure at different elevations when the atmospheric pressure and water temperature are higher than 20 ℃. However, when the water temperature is below 20 ℃, the saturated steam pressure is negligible.


4. In the aspect of pipeline installation technology, the suction pipe is required to have strict sealing, no air leakage, no water leakage; otherwise, it will destroy the vacuum of the inlet of the chemical centrifugal pump, reduce the water output of the chemical centrifugal pump, and even can not pump water in serious cases. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of pipeline interface to ensure the construction quality of pipeline connection.

5. A check valve should be installed at the outlet of the centrifugal pump. In production, sometimes there will be power outages, motor failures and other problems, resulting in a sudden shutdown of the operating equipment. The purpose of installing the check valve at the outlet of the centrifugal pump is to prevent the liquid in the outlet pipe from flowing back into the pump when the pump stops suddenly, resulting in the reversal of the impeller and the formation of water hammer effect, thus damaging the impeller and mechanical seal.
