Causes of degaussing of magnetic pump

Will the magnetic pump be degaussed for a long time? The reasons for the degaussing of the internal and external magnetic rotor of the magnetic pump: the high temperature and the dry rotation of the magnetic pump are the direct causes of degaussing. There are many reasons why the temperature is too high. If the flow rate is too small for a long time in operation or the outlet valve closes for too long, the magnetic pump temperature in the pump will increase, and the bearing lubrication of the pump will become worse and the temperature will be higher. The shaft sleeve will also be damaged over a long period of time. Other reasons for degaussing:



1. The blockage of the internal cooling / lubrication pipe by sundries will cause the temperature of the internal and external magnetic cylinder to rise rapidly, and it is possible to lose magnetization.


2. Do not pay attention to cleanliness during maintenance, iron filings are absorbed on the internal magnetic field, resulting in wear and tear of the isolation sleeve.

3. The axial clearance between the inner rotor and the isolation sleeve is too small, resulting in friction and loss of magnetization.

4. Thrust bearing wear, resulting in the inner rotor and isolation sleeve friction magnetic pump can not operate for a long time under some working conditions, such as emptying, cavitation, high temperature and so on. Therefore, customers who use Jack magnetic pump need to pay attention to avoid all cases of pump idling and excessive temperature.
