What are the reasons why the magnetic pump can not produce liquid?

The failure of magnetic pump to pump liquid is easy to occur, and there are many reasons. So what should we do with it?



First of all, we should check whether there is air leakage in the suction pipeline of the magnetic pump, check whether the air in the suction pipe is discharged, whether the amount of liquid injected into the magnetic pump is enough, and whether there is debris blockage in the suction tube; check again whether the pump is reversed (especially after changing the motor or after the power supply line is overhauled), and should also pay attention to whether the suction height of the pump is too high. If the above inspection still can not be solved, the pump can be taken apart and checked to see whether the pump shaft is broken, and whether the moving ring and static ring of the pump are in good condition, and whether the whole rotor can move axially. If it is difficult to move axially, check whether the carbon bearing is too close to the pump shaft.

It is worth noting that the magnetic pump repaired several times can not find a problem, we should pay attention to whether the work of the magnetic coupling is normal. Bearings, internal magnetic rotors and spacers will all generate heat in operation, which will increase the working temperature, on the one hand, reduce the transmitted power, on the other hand, it will cause great trouble to the magnetic pump which is easy to vaporize liquid.

Under special circumstances, when the magnetic coupling slips, the eddy current heat in the sleeve will increase sharply and the temperature will rise sharply. If it is not dealt with in time, it will cause demagnetization of the magnetic steel and make the magnetic coupling invalid.
