Introduction of stainless steel magnetic pump parts

1. Structure.

Stainless steel magnetic pump mainly includes motor, bracket, external magnetic cylinder (active rotor), internal magnetic cylinder (driven rotor), isolation cover, sliding bearing, transmission shaft, impeller and pump body, etc. Among them, the magnetic coupler, which is also called permanent magnet coupling and magnetic coupling, is composed of inner magnetic cylinder, outer magnetic cylinder, isolation cover and magnetic body for pump drive.

Inner magnetic cylinder:

The inner magnetic cylinder and the pump rotor are coaxial, and permanent magnetic blocks are installed in the direction parallel to the axis, and the magnetic blocks are isolated by materials such as stainless steel, so as to isolate the magnetic field (reduce the transverse magnetic leakage), support and protect, in order to protect the magnetic block on the inner magnetic cylinder, the outer surface of the inner magnetic cylinder is generally covered with a layer of protective material (such as plastic, stainless steel, etc.).

External magnetic cylinder:

The outer magnetic cylinder is connected with the motor, and the cylindrical surface of the external magnetic cylinder is also equipped with magnetic blocks, and the magnetic blocks are isolated and supported by magnetic isolation materials. The outer magnetic cylinder generally does not add a protective sleeve (will not contact with the media).

Isolation cover:

The isolation cover is located between the inner and outer magnetic cylinders and is fixed with the pump body by certain measures in order to form a closed cavity. The main materials of the isolation cover are stainless steel, titanium alloy, plastic, carbon fiber, ceramics and so on.

The isolation sleeve is a very important part of the stainless steel magnetic pump, and it is because of its combination with the pump body, inner and outer magnetic cylinder that there is no need for power sealing components to achieve real zero leakage.

Bearing components:

The pump end adopts sliding bearing structure, which is mainly made of graphite, silicon carbide, polytetrafluoroethylene and so on. The driving end adopts deep groove ball bearing, angular contact ball bearing and so on.

Magnetic body:

Magnetic body is the main component of torque transmission, and its quality directly affects the life and efficiency of stainless steel magnetic pump. At present, ferrites, dilute thorium cobalt and NdFeB are widely used in China.

2. Characteristics.

The stainless steel magnetic pump cancels the mechanical seal of the pump and completely eliminates the disadvantages of mechanical seal centrifugal pump, dripping and leakage, so it is a better choice for non-leakage factories. Because the over-current parts of the pump are made of stainless steel and engineering plastics, so as to achieve the purpose of corrosion resistance. The magnetic coupling of the pump is integrated with the pump body, so it has the advantages of compact structure, convenient maintenance, safety and energy saving. The magnetism of the pump inevitably leads to running and faking couplings which can protect the drive motor from overload.
