1.MIP Series Slurry Pumps have the following design features:

  • The MIP Series is a high-density polyethylene lined plastic slurry pump, utilizing UHMWPE for integral lining, with a high temperature resistance of up to 65°C and a solid content tolerance range of <40%. It can also be customized with fluorocarbon fiber (F+C), PFA, or other linings based on different operating conditions.
  • The pump adopts a slurry pump impeller design with a closed flow passage, featuring flow-disturbing blades on the front and back covers, providing both anti-clogging capability of an open impeller and the efficiency of a closed impeller, with a side discharge outlet.
  • The MIP lined plastic slurry pump employs an internally mounted cartridge type PEEK mechanical seal, capable of effectively handling liquid with a solid content of 40%-50%. In combination with a flow-disturbing shaft sleeve, the seal lifespan is increased by 25-30%.
  • Automatic discharge mechanical seal chamber: The MIP lined plastic slurry pump features a rear pump chamber with an internal cone design, allowing the slurry to slide down the tapered surface and settle at the bottom of the pump chamber after shutdown. This effectively reduces particle deposition at the mechanical seal, ensuring smooth operation during subsequent startups.
  • Quick-disassembly pump shaft design: The MIP lined plastic slurry pump employs a Moris taper fit design for the pump shaft, enhancing maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
  • API bearing design: The MIP lined plastic slurry pump adopts an API610 standard bearing housing design, with increased oil capacity and improved heat dissipation properties. This effectively ensures bearing cooling in high-temperature environments, thereby extending the bearing lifespan.
