The overflowing parts of FZB- fluoroplastic self-priming centrifugal pump are made of fluoroplastic, its front cover, pump cover, pump body and connecting flange are all made of TH200 lining F46 material, the impeller is made of fluoroplastic alloy, the mechanical seal is made of external mechanical seal (WB2) material, and the moving ring is made of tetrafluoro filling material.

For media:

  • 1. Sulfuric acid (sulfuric acid medium is one of the strong corrosion media, sulfuric acid is an important industrial raw material with a wide range of applications, fluoroplastics have good sulfuric acid resistance, and the use of Teflon pump valve F46 is a more economical choice).
  • 2. Nitric acid (nitric acid is a highly oxidizing acid with strong corrosion resistance).
  • 3. Sodium hydroxide (sodium hydroxide, also known as caustic soda, is generally granular, soluble in water, exothermic and forms an alkaline solution when soluble in water, which is a strong alkali with strong corrosion resistance)



Anti-corrosion self-priming pump installation requirements:

  • 1. The anti-corrosion self-priming pump coupling must be firmly fastened with nuts, and lock the nuts, beware of nut loosening, otherwise it is easy to cause impeller movement and cause mechanical failure.
  • 2. When the anticorrosion self-priming pump is directly connected with the motor, attention should be paid to the coaxiality of the pump shaft and the output of the motor. Whether the pump is installed accurately or not has a great influence on the operation stability and service life of the pump, so it must be installed and corrected carefully.
  • 3. In order to maintain a certain amount of liquid storage in the anticorrosive self-priming pump, in order to achieve a better self-priming capacity and prevent the dry friction of the mechanical seal, the inlet of the pump must be higher than the centerline of the pump shaft.
Preparation and inspection before fluoroplastic self-priming pump:
  • 1. Check whether the liquid storage in the pump shell is higher than the upper edge of the impeller. If it is insufficient, the liquid can be injected directly into the pump body from the filling port on the pump shell, and the operation should not be started in the case of insufficient liquid storage, otherwise it will not work normally and the mechanical seal can be easily damaged.
  • 2. Check whether there are Kara bumps in the running parts of Ben.
  • 3. Check the coaxiality and parallelism of the pump shaft and the motor spindle.
  • 4. Check the inlet pipeline for air leakage. If there is air leakage, you must try to eliminate it.
  • 5. Open the valve of the suction line and slightly open (do not fully open) the outlet control valve.
